Adama DICKO is a doctoral student in Pharmacy and founder of the company “Gapal La Merveille”. She specialises in the production and marketing of “gapal”, a traditional dish made from yoghurt and millet.
Adama DICKO learned to prepare gapal within the family. With financial support from her father, she prepared her first order for friends, who were won over by her culinary talent.
Over time, her business has grown significantly, enabling her to serve a much wider customer base. She has diversified her products, offering not only fresh gapal, but also dried gapal in a range of flavours.
Her ambition is to set up a dairy farm and a larger processing unit in order to develop her business as much as possible.
