Abdoulaye is the founder of Yasmine Butchery. He followed the footsteps of his parents who were also in the butchery business. For him, the quality of the meat is very important for the taste, but also for the health of his customers. The reason why he carefully selects the animals that meet the criteria that he has set.
In his new butchery shop, Abdoulaye plans to sell processed meat products as well to satisfy the demand on the market.
