Burkina Faso: A persevering vegetable gardener

Pauline OUÉDRAOGO and her husband lived in Ivory Coast. Back in Burkina Faso, Pauline OUÉDRAOGO started trading and then vegetable gardening to provide for her family.

In the early days, Pauline OUÉDRAOGO joined the “Koom La Viim” association. As a member of the association, she was able to benefit from training in animal husbandry and agriculture thanks to the Support Programme for the Promotion of Agricultural Entrepreneurship,, Phase 2 (PAPEA-2).

Following her training, Pauline OUÉDRAOGO founded the “Coopérative Teegawendé”, bringing together around forty women. She passes on the knowledge acquired during her training, thereby contributing to the development of other women.
