Stéphane BOUGOUMA is the founder of “La maison du DOLO”. Dolo is an ancestral beer which is obtained from the fermentation of red sorghum.
Traditionally produced by “dolotières” (women) with a process that could take up to 2 days, Stephane has set up a modern brewery, which enables him to produce 500 litres of dolo in just 10 hours.
“We have a whole quality assurance system that allows us to control every step of the manufacturing process to be sure that the product is of the best quality,” explains Stephane.
