How can drones benefit farmers in Africa? We visited the pineapple farm of Joshua AYINBORA, a young farmer from Ghana, for a field demonstration on the use of drones.
Joshua got curious about drones and asked his friend who owns a drone to fly it over his farm. When the images were analysed, it was realised that part of his pineapple field had a fungal attack. And detecting it at an early stage saved Joshua a lot of money.
He is convinced that the use of drones can benefit him in the long run. He plans to use drones to manage his farm when he up-scales.
Greetings from Union Farms of Africa Cameroon http://www.unionfarmsofafrica.com. We are into agribusiness and we really will like to get in touch with some one that can bring the drone technology to us
