Jean Baptiste GUIRÉ has a degree in Geography. His passion for agriculture led him to trainings in Senegal and Benin. It was there that he discovered plasticulture, a technique that increases yields with less labour.
He decided to experiment this technique with several agricultural varieties at his farm, “La Ménagère”. His aim is to fill the labour gap on farms. He also offers advice and guidance to growers who want to adopt the technique.
“So far, I’ve had no regrets. Every day, my passion grows. I really want to do something great. My vision is really to be at the head of a large crop production of at least 10 to 15 hectares,” says Mr. GUIRÉ.
