“I worked in a research firm and the working hours were not really flexible. Sometimes, I dreamed of going home to find that all my cooking ingredients were ready to go in the pan. I said to myself, if I am in this situation, lots of women are in it too. If they had a structure or a company that offered ready to cook vegetables, they would not hesitate,” says Mireille.
