Many farmers in Burkina Faso are finding it difficult to achieve good yields because of soil degradation. Concerned about this problem, Aimé KABORÉ wanted to provide a solution by transforming waste into biofertilisers.
After working in agricultural research and development, in 2020, he decided to devote himself entirely to running his company, Revitaliz. Specialising in the manufacture of biofertilisers, the company has launched the N’GALEE fertiliser. This fertiliser combines the amending and fertilising effects of organic matter in the same way as chemical fertiliser.
N’GALEE fertiliser is produced from all types of waste, including household waste. Aimé KABORÉ has high hopes for Revitaliz. Within five years, he hopes to build a centre that will produce nearly 10,000 tonnes of additives.
