Flavien KABORÉ has a degree in accounting. He discovered his passion for the meat trade when he was looking for a job as an accountant in a butchery.
After working as a butcher for several years, he acquired the expertise in meat processing. So, in 2012, he founded his own business, “Boucherie Royale.”
At first, the business processed just 5kg of beef. But today, it processes and sells more than 20 pigs, three steers and fifty chickens a week.
Flavien KABORÉ encourages young people who want to go into this business to nurture their passion and be patient if they are to succeed.
