Marie-Therese TANOH is a student in Economics. Recently, she ventured into the production of cassava and vegetables.
Marie-Therese got interested in agriculture following a course that she did on agricultural economics at University. She discovered the importance of the agriculture to her country’s economy and its role as an employment sector. But it’s only after watching videos on Agribusiness TV about the success of other young entrepreneurs that she got motivated to start her farm.
“At the beginning, it was not easy. I did tomato, chilli and eggplant production. It did not work. But I was not discouraged. I have continued,” says Marie-Therese.
