After studying in Belgium in the field of confectionery and chocolate making, Michael MOLMANS worked in a large Belgian chocolate company in 2018. Three years later, he resigned to launch “Malika Artisan” in Burkina Faso.
Malika Artisan is a confectionery company using local products as raw materials. It produces sesame and peanut spreads, caramels and pineapple jam.
Its products are appreciated by customers. “I think these products are original. Firstly, because he uses our local products, secondly because I like his chocolate,” says Émilie OUEDRAOGO, a client of Malika Artisan.
