Since the age of seven, Niekiema SAWADOGO lives with a disability. Over time, he became a victim of social exclusion and this made his life difficult.
To face this challenge and to be less dependent on others, he decided to work as a shoemaker and market gardener. Today, his agricultural activity enables him to cater for the needs of his family.
“I’ve earned over 200,000 FCFA by working. I used part of it to repair my house and my mother’s house. If there’s nothing to eat, food is bought from it. If someone is sick, it’s this money that pays for the care,” says Niekiema. #AgribusinessTV #Inclusion #Lwili
