Béranger KAFANDO began his entrepreneurial career at high school, selling phone top-up cards. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree, he decided to go into breeding, and more specifically chick production. This is how his company “ELKAF Élevage” came into being.
Béranger KAFANDO attaches great importance to the quality of the chicks produced by his company. In fact, each supplier he works with must follow a technical sheet to the letter. This guarantees the quality of the chicks.
The Support Programme for the Promotion of Agricultural Entrepreneurship, Phase 2 (PAPEA-2) has helped Béranger KAFANDO to restructure his business. Thanks to the training courses and trips he has been able to take part in, Béranger KAFANDO has been able to build up an important network while strengthening his skills.
