With a degree in law, Dorothy Selamo’s first dream was to become a judge, administrator or to open her own firm to practice law. But today she found her happiness in agribusiness.

Dorothy Selamo has founded Gariland International, a company based in Mbalmayo, a town situated at 45 km from Yaoundé in Cameroon. She has started her enterprise with agricultural products like cassava that she transforms into juice, pasta, etc.

She started all alone in the year 2000’s, and today she employs 10 people and transforms a large range of products: chips filled with home-made chocolate, dates filled with cocoa nuts, cassava juice, pasta made of cassava, yam, cocoyam, etc.
