From an early age, Modeste BONTOGHO learned pig breeding, thanks to his father. Now a professional graphic designer, he continues this activity in Roumtenga, a village in Burkina Faso.
Modeste started his production with pigs of the “Large White” breed, better known for their big size. He made a mix with a new type of pig, notably the “Hampshire”, which has a black coat, with a belt at the level of the front legs.
Even if he sometimes faces difficulties, Modeste manages to reconcile these two activities: graphic design and pig farming.
