Bruno SIMPORÉ, who comes from a family of pig sellers, naturally followed in his parents’ footsteps by taking up this profession.
For the past 20 years, his morning ritual has remained unchanged: he goes out into the villages to buy pigs. He resells some of them, and reserves the rest to make oven-baked pork.
Thanks to the Support Programme for the Promotion of Agricultural Entrepreneurship, Phase 2 (PAPEA-2), a market has been built, making it easier for Bruno SIMPORÉ and his colleagues to do business. Despite the difficulties, Bruno SIMPORÉ is happy to be in the business.
