Burkina Faso: Mam Sank, champion of Burkinabè dishes.

Mariam SANKARA, better known as “Mam Sank”, is a young entrepreneur who despite of various challenges, has managed to make a place for herself in the restaurant business in Burkina Faso. She brings a special touch in the food industry by preparing and selling only local dishes.

“We, as young people, have the opportunity to succeed. I set goals for myself and I’m achieving them, and I believe in my success. There’s no secret, it’s work only. The secret to success is getting down to business,” says Mam Sank.
