Burkina Faso: Cassava couscous to combat hunger

In Pô, in the Centre-South region of Burkina Faso, the “Wessonou” cooperative processes cassava into attiéké (couscous) to combat hunger.

Adana ZOURÉ, the President, shares her story and the cooperative’s successes. Thanks to the union of 15 members, they are overcoming challenges, feeding families and dreaming of a future with dedicated premises.
