Neuly BEHANZIN is a coaching consultant. In 2015, she created “PANAFRICANA”, a farm school for young agricultural entrepreneurs.
While discussing with youth, Neuly realised that many wanted to get into agriculture. But they needed to be trained and coached. As she was herself not into farming, people were not convinced by what she was saying. So, she decided to set up her farm and show to people rather than just talking.
“You really have to differentiate yourself from others and it’s from this difference that we will go far,” says Neuly.
