Sonita TOSSOU has worked all the time with her mother to sell yam in the market. After her studies, she wanted to start her own business and came up with the idea of Wassa-Wassa Tchigan. It normally takes 3-4 hours to prepare the yam couscous, but with Wassa-Wassa Tchigan, the couscous ready in just 10 minutes. Hence, it is more convenient for people who don’t have much time to prepare it and for those who don’t know how to make it.
“We try to keep good relation and collaboration with everybody who work with us. We try to be straight-forward, honest in all the relations that we build. So, this makes it that we are progressing little by little,” says Maxime HOUNTONDJI.
